Happy Easter or Happy Spring!

Hi There!
I have been working on a new project (posting soon!) for my craft fairs for this year....but wanted to show you a quick snack that I threw together for my daughter's classroom. This time of year they are getting PLENTY of candy and chocolate, so I wanted to come up with an alternative....

"CARROTS!"

Cute huh?And so easy! They are made with the plastic icing bags (mine are from Wilton) that I bought at Joann's last week and they are filled with Cheese Balls! I made the tag from an image from the internet and attached with green curly ribbon to look like the carrot tops!

Here is a whole "bag" of carrots heading off to school! Think I might have to send in some wipes to clean up all of the orange fingers - huh?

Easter Treats

Hi There!
Been busy with customer orders...but thought I would post one of the Easter Treats that I have made for some friends of my daughter.

These are super easy - once you buy the pillow box! I get mine HERE. I found the stamp last year at Michael's for $1.00 and dug it out this year...been using it for a lot of projects! Too Cute! These little boxes are filled with multi-colored gumballs...

Anyhoo - here is another set of Candy Stix that I made for a customer but thought I would share anyway!

More information about these can be found in this POST from a few days ago. This bunny stamp came from Michael's last year - only $1.00!

The "girl" bunny has Peanut M&M's inside and the "boy" bunny has SweetTart Jelly Beans inside - YUM!

More items for Yard Sale In May

Hi There!
I'm making a few more items for the Yard Sale/Craft Show in May at our local High School...did extremely well there last year, so hoping that this year will be as successful!

These are magnetic clothespins that have been covered with various ribbons! SO EASY! But were really big sellers this past holiday. Since I use a ultra strong magnet - I have one on my frig and it hold about 10 sheets of paper - they aren't really good for small kids.

I still need to finish the packaging on them....think I will put them in a bag with a topper. Will sell them in sets of 4 again. If you are interested, check out my ArtFire studio HERE.

I have a ton more colors...but this is all I had pix of! Will post more if I get them uploaded soon.
I do sell another type of clothespins that are embellished quite a bit more - button, felt flowers, bows etc. I will get a few of those completed soon too. Stay tuned!

Get my magnets online HERE. They are super strong! I had to change my adhesive to that stinky E600 stuff because the magnet kept pulling off!

More Stix!

Hi There!
Just a quick post today....making more Stix for my daughter's Club Volleyball Team. They have a big tourney this weekend and I wanted to give them a little treat after practice on Friday.

All the details can be found on the post from yesterday. These are pretty much the same as before except they have Skittles in them! Love these colors!

St. Patricks's Day Treats - M&M Stix

Hi There!
Been busy today making a few treats for my daughter's classroom.

I call these M&M Stix! They are basically a 1"x8" plastic bag filled with green m&m's! I got the bags HERE. They will be great little treats with Skittles or any smaller candy in them! Found the green m&m's in the Valentine Candy this year.

The idea for the treats came from Becky's blog HERE. Plan on staying a little while - she has a lot of fabulous things on her blog! I visit it regularly!

Packaging for Post It Note Holders

Hi there!
I was trying to figure out how to keep my Post It Note Holders safe from "curious little hands" when I came across this on SCS. She has some great things posted HERE.

Here are a few examples of the packaging on my Post It Notes Holders for this season's craft shows:

Yes! I am working on Craft Fair Items!

Hi there!
Yea....I know....seems early to be starting on Craft Fair stuff, but I need to make sure that I have enough this year! My goal is to NOT be staying up till all hours every night trying to get stuff done....I will make all of the "old stand-buys" now so that I have more time to work on new creations later. I am really only working on the paper crafts...the candy and treats will have to wait!

So, one of my best sellers last year were my Post It Note Holders with the Pens. If you are looking for the tutorial for these, try HERE. Great video and so easy! I can whip out about 10 of these in no time!

If you would like to purchase one for your very own....check out my studio on ArtFire!

Here are a few samples:
